Since loans are hassle-free and easy way of gaining quick money to handle your various urgent needs in a better way, people go with them frequently. Cash loans are considered as fast and convenient source of funds in a quick span of time period. These loans enable you to gain an amount ranging from £100 to £1500 that can be used for any purpose. Since these loans are arranged for short-time period, people have to settle loans at their coming paydays.

George Peter, the speaksperson of Easy Finance 4 U states, “we understand the need of loan for people when they need cash support badly. Hence, we quickly approve loans for needy persons without checking their previous credit scores so that they could gain benefits through these loans.”

These loans are also available for tenants, as well as unemployed people who were unable to obtain money due to their poor financial conditions. These loans come with a higher interest rate as these loans don’t ask you to keep anything as collateral. People with bad credit or poor credit score are also able to solve their financial crises in an easy going way. In order to avail these loans, you don’t need to go anywhere as internet has enabled you to apply for these loans from anywhere.

However, the borrowers have to give details about their jobs, bank statements, required loan amounts, residential proof and so on. Once the loan application is found correct, it is approved and as a result, the loan amount is deposited into bank account of the borrowers. With the help of these loans, people can easily meet the expenses of education fees, electricity bills, medical bills, mobile phone bills and some other expenses as well.

08 April, 2009. In research carried out by buyingTeam, the UK’s leading independent procurement specialist, it was revealed that UK businesses spend over £350 bn per year on non core goods and services (indirect procurement*) and that over £65bn per year can be saved through better supplier relationships and managed costs.

Using data from over a decade of managing expenditure for large, international corporations, buyingTeam has calculated that £65bn of that total is likely to be overspend**.

During the current economic uncertainty and a time when many UK businesses are faced with urgent cost cutting measures, the last thing that companies want to do is lose valuable personnel as part of a cost cutting exercise. The difficulty that many companies, of all sizes, face is that they either can’t easily get a view of its overall annual expenditure or it doesn’t have the necessary experience or capacity to comprehensively review spend and implement the necessary change.

“It is amazing that, despite the current economic retraction and the daily reality of redundancies, organisations can still be so unclear as to what exactly they are spending their increasingly hard to earn capital on.” said Guy Strafford, Client Services Director, buyingTeam. “We estimate that mismanaged expenditure adds up to around £65 bn in wasted outlay per annum for UK plc. When cash flow is tight and financing difficult to find, now is definitely the time to review all potential waste, especially as we’re really seeing contraction in fees and expecting a drop of 14-18% in IT costs in 2009.”

“At first sight, indirect spend seems unimportant and not ‘worthy’ of so much time and attention,” says Shirley Cooper, Procurement & Supply Chain Director, Computacenter (UK) Ltd. “However, when we saw the figures and realised how much we could take off our annual outgoings, we were amazed. Over the last few months, we’ve saved £millions just by reviewing our indirect spend and improving our internal processes to ensure better use and buying by all members of our company”.

Guy Strafford continues: “We analyse the spend of companies that we work with and our research regularly suggests that large companies can usually save up to 20% on their indirect spend; some of these savings can be almost immediate.”

Guy Strafford recommends that FDs and those in charge of procurement should do the following:

The credit crunch has made people more focussed on their own financial choices

A significant majority of people want to use online tools to make informed personal finance decisions, according to the initial results of the recent personal finance survey by Money Dashboard. In line with the growing opinion that the credit crunch has made people more focussed on their own financial choices, 62% of respondents said that they would use a personal finance software product that helped them to make better decisions with their money.

These positive findings come against a backdrop for many of financial uncertainty, and underpin the need for outstanding innovation in making decision making tools accessible for the public.

The demographic profile of the survey is interesting. Of the 1,800 initial respondents from this ongoing survey, 64% were woman within the age brackets associated with raising a family. 70% of the total respondents were shopping online at least once a month, with an identical number also using internet banking. An astonishing 16% of online bankers were using the site daily – which is symptomatic of money worries and checking that enough money is in place to pay bills.

43% of respondents believed that their financial futures were less than rosy, saying that they will “struggle financially” when they retire, with 23% answering the same question saying they are “not sure what my situation will be like.”

Commenting on the results of the survey, George Hall, Money Dashboard’s Marketing Director, said “It is clear that online banking has become such a regular part of a consumer’s financial life. Given that everyone is now looking for ways to save money more effectively and make improved financial decisions, it is vital that Personal Finance Software providers like Money Dashboard continue to harness the stickiness of internet banking, with the ability to convey useful savings tips, improve financial admin skills and provide simple wizards to help people to deal with real money issues. I am delighted that more than 22% of the respondents volunteered to be a part of our product Beta Test.”

The survey remains open, so if you wish to take part click here to link to the survey now.

People in full-time employment who give up work to care for an immediate family member may be missing out on having their mortgage costs met via Payment Protection policies warns Simon Burgess from British Insurance.

The independent Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) provider says although a number of insurers automatically provide carer cover in their Mortgage PPI, very few people realise what this means and fail to claim if they voluntarily leave work to become a carer for up to a year.

Burgess comments: “The policies meet monthly mortgage costs should an accident, sickness or unemployment occur and the unemployment criterion is generally interpreted as being made unemployed by your employer. However, those opting to leave their job because of circumstances beyond their control, ie caring, are also covered.”

According to the charity Carers UK, around six million people – one in eight adults - are carers and over three million already juggle work with caring. Three in five people will become carers at some time and one in five will have to give up work. The Carers Allowance - £50.55 a week or £2,628.60 a year - replaces paid income, but many go without this because they’re unaware or not informed of what‘s available.

In its ‘In the Know’ report, Carers UK found that 19% missed out on benefits within the first year. Burgess continues: “Over two million people start caring every year and I fear a number of them may have MPPI but do not realise they can claim on their policy. As a result, they’re missing out and suffering financial hardship.”

Carers UK predicts 60% more carers will be needed by 2037 and is concerned that if carers do not get the financial and practical support they need, they are vulnerable to a poor quality of life. Burgess concludes: “Whilst this isn’t a long term solution, it does provide a temporary mortgage repayment financial safety net in that first year and will help people keep their homes and give them time to sort out their finances.

“This type of cover could make a huge difference, so it’s vital people check their policies. The State isn’t always going to hand out money - insurers need to be more socially responsible and help where they can.”

British Insurance’s Mortgage Payment Protection policy has a five star rating from research specialist Defaqto who after scrutinising 103 MPPI policies placed it ‘at the very top of the market’ for its wide-ranging cover and support services.
Cover starts at £1.60 per £100 per month and further information on Payment Protection Insurance can be found at www.britishinsurance.com
“The free Fujitsu laptop has been called the ideal "Back to school" laptop and normally retails at around £300. It is powered by an Intel Celeron T1400 processor, runs Microsoft Windows Vista and has 1GB of memory plus an 80GB hard drive.”

The 2727 is an excellent notebook for home-office/school use and everyday computing. Its 15.4-inch Brilliant View display is the perfect size - not too small for watching pictures or movies and not too big and heavy so you can put it in your bag and carry it round with you.
Brilliant View puts you right in the middle of the action.
